Stress
Stress is ubiquitous phenomena and commonly used word. Nevertheless clinical presentations of the stress or conditions which stress may trigger are extremely variable, including multiple physical and emotional symptoms. One of major characteristics of stress is lack of capacity for humans to adapt to stress so persistent stress eventually takes toll on people health. Any type of intervention which reduces or alleviate stress is a health saving technique. In our Stress Relief Center we use multiple treatment options including various types of psychotherapy, relaxation training, biofeedback, acupuncture, Chinese medicine, pain management, medications and use of Consultative services (internal medicine, neurology, chiropractics, osteopathic medicine, rehabilitation medicine, cardiology) when it is necessary.
